Terms of Service

TrainScript OS helps fitness coaches build training programs, using AI to draft program content from your coaching methodology and your client's profile. It is a tool for professionals — it does not replace your judgement, and it does not coach anyone.

Programs are drafted by an AI model. AI output can be wrong, inappropriate for a particular person, or unsafe if applied without thought. You are the coach. Every program you deliver is yours: review it, apply your professional judgement, and adjust it for the person in front of you.

We make no promise that generated content is safe, effective, or suitable for any individual. We are not liable for outcomes arising from programs delivered to your clients.

Not medical advice. Nothing produced by this service is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Clients with injuries or medical conditions should be cleared by a qualified professional before training.

• Hold whatever qualifications, insurance and registrations your work requires where you operate.
• Have a lawful basis for the client information you enter — including telling your clients that their information, health details included, is processed by this service and by the AI provider described in our Privacy Policy.
• Enter only the health information a program actually needs.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Do not use the service to break the law, to harm anyone, or to resell AI generation as a standalone product.

Your methodology, your clients' information and the programs you produce are yours. We claim no ownership. We process them to run the service, and for nothing else.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and the terms we hold with our AI provider say the same about data sent through their API.

Accounts start with a free trial. Trials include a limited number of generated programs — generation costs us real money, so the allowance is finite.

Paid subscriptions bill in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods.

If prices change, existing subscribers get notice before it applies to them.

We aim to keep the service running and will not pretend to a guaranteed uptime we are not yet in a position to offer. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and time to export your data.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other users at risk. Where the situation allows it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We will give notice of material changes to these terms rather than changing them silently. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
